Guildford Registry Office Micro Wedding Photography • Judith and Ross - Part 1
Day one of Judith and Ross’ Wedding at Guildford Registry Office, was such a lovely day!
Judith and Ross’ had their micro wedding at Guildford Registry Office, Surrey, on Thursday as they were going on to have a full day wedding a few days later at Hookhouse Farm (where I am a recommended supplier). If you didn’t know, if you are having your legal bit on a different day to your wedding,I can also cover this too, and this is what J + R went for!
I had been talking to Judith via email for what seemed like years, I also did an engagement shoot with these guys so when this day came round it felt like we knew each other really well, so it was lovely to spend the day with them capturing them getting married.
The Ceremony was held in the smaller of the two rooms at Guildford Registry Office and it was nothing but giggles and smiles from the both of them the whole way through. Judith’s family are from the Netherlands so were over for the week which was really lovely to see. Once the Ceremony was over, we took some couple portraits in the gardens of the Registry Office and then took a short drive round the corner to Shalford Park were J+R and both families had a little picnic party to celebrate the day, obviously there was cake, but unfortunately no knife, so it had to be cut with a credit card - see photos for evidence!
The weather was perfect on this July day and it was so lovely to celebrate with them in such an intimate way, everyone was so welcoming, it was like I was part of the family for the day. When J+R had their fill of cake and bubbles we went for a little walk across the park to the canal for some more portraits.
After capturing this lovely little celebration, I was super excited to shoot J + R’s full day wedding at Hookhouse Farm on Saturday!
