Horsham Registry Office Micro Wedding • Ellie and Josh Part 1

This beautiful day was day one of two for Ellie and Josh, who actually got in touch with me way back in 2019, due to get married in July of 2020, but we all know what happened there!
So fast forward to May 2021 and E & J chose to do the legal part at Horsham Registry Office, one of my favourite Registries to shoot at, down in West Sussex. As this was still during the time were weddings were restricted to 15 people, this was a small intimate micro Ceremony with E & J’s immediate family and a few of their closest friends met them afterwards for some photos.
Horsham Registry Office is really nice as it has this perfect little courtyard behind it, and it also backs on to Horsham park so there are loads of places for photos! We took a walk round the park and I couldn’t get enough of how cute E & J were together. They both looked stunning and I obviously have to mention that Ellie’s dress by The Pretty Dress Company HAD POCKETS, seriously, every Bride needs a dress with pockets! Her make up by Stephanie Dorelli Hair & Makeup and flowers by Sweetpea Florist Horley looked beautiful too!
The light was perfect all day, (PSA to all you 2023 couples, you don’t need a super sunny day to get good photos, a slightly over cast day creates the most perfect soft light!)
It was safe to say that I got straight to editing these as soon as I got home, and I couldn’t wait for day number two at Hookhouse Farm in July!
